Privacy Policy

Mitrata is currently a public software research directory.

Accounts, lead forms, review submissions, saved activity and other personal-data features are disabled during the public beta.

1. Who we are

Mitrata is operated by Mitr Companies Pty Ltd (ABN 96 689 165 240). It is an independent software directory and is not affiliated with the NDIS or the National Disability Insurance Agency.

2. Public beta scope

The public beta lets visitors browse listings, search, compare software and use fixed-choice research tools without creating an account.

Search terms, comparison selections and ROI calculator values are processed in the visitor's browser for the immediate feature. Mitrata does not intentionally save those values to a user profile during the public beta. Comparison selections may remain temporarily in the browser's session storage and are cleared when the browser session ends.

3. Information we may process

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs. If you email us, your email provider and our business email provider will process the information you choose to include in that message.

4. Information you must not provide

Do not provide participant names, NDIS numbers, personal contact details, case notes, health or disability information, support plans, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive information through Mitrata. The directory is not a participant, clinical, case-management or record-keeping system.

5. Overseas hosting and disclosure

Mitrata currently uses Base44 to host and operate the public beta. Base44 stores application data in the United States by default and may use subprocessors in the United States and other countries. This means limited technical and business-contact information may be processed outside Australia. We do not represent that the current public beta is hosted exclusively in Australia.

6. How information is used

  • Deliver, secure and troubleshoot the public directory.
  • Respond to business or support emails.
  • Maintain and improve public software information.
  • Comply with legal obligations and investigate misuse.

Mitrata does not sell personal information.

7. Third-party websites and affiliate links

Listings may link to software vendors and some links may be affiliate links. External websites operate under their own privacy practices. Review a vendor's privacy information before submitting personal or participant information to that vendor.

8. Retention, access and deletion

We aim to retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. To ask whether we hold information about you, request correction or deletion, or make a privacy complaint, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Future features

We will review this policy and the relevant collection notices before enabling accounts, submissions, saved activity, AI processing or other features that collect additional information.
